Activities

Activities in Seljord and Bø, a short drive from the campsite

Kilen Camping offers a wide range of activities for all ages, perfect for exploring the beautiful landscape of Kilen and nearby attractions. Start your day with a boat trip on Flåvann. For fishing enthusiasts, our waters offer excellent opportunities to catch the day's catch in scenic surroundings.
Hikers will find a variety of trails offering everything from easy walks to more challenging mountain hikes, all with fantastic views over Telemark. We can recommend a hike up to the summit of Næring.
Based at Kilen Camping, activities in Seljord and Bø are not far away. Seljord is known for its country and dance festivals in the summer, featuring well-known bands, and especially Dyrsku'n on the 2nd weekend in September, which attracts around 100,000 people from across the country each year. For families with children, Bø Sommarland, Scandinavia's largest water park, is a short drive away and offers exciting water activities and entertainment for a fun-filled day.
